- We do not offer refunds on items that have been incorrectly purchased (wrong size) or a change of mind.
- Custom orders including dog apparel are refundable subject to a replacement alternate size of the same item. Return of the product is at your own expense and additional courier costs may apply.
- State of return of product must be unworn, free from fur/dirt, unused and unopened.
- Terms of return is 7 working days from received product.
Process for return - to initiate a return; please contact us via email anatomie.reception@outlook.com with reason for return (e.g product damaged on arrival from courier or wrong product sent) please include photos of damaged item for approval; then return product in a tracked postage bag (at your own expense) and we will send a replacement item with no additional courier cost to resend.
