Lubricating those joints

Joint supplements

Whether your pet has had a surgical operation being orthopedic, tissue repair from trauma or injury, fractures, arthritis or spinal/neuro complications; a joint supplement can help support and lubricate the internal system. This does help support the general immune system, skin and vital organs. There are many joint supplements available but is best advised to talk to a Veterinary related professional. Our mostly used and effective supplement is Antinol.
There is usually a loading dose for two weeks for Antinol, a joint supplement; which can take a month to be absorbed into the body at its' desired rate. This is very beneficial for pets with Hip dysplasia/unstable hip joints, spinal, patella, cruciate ligament repairs and TTA, TTO orthopedics to name a few.

Enquire during your consultation or ask your Vet for further advice and if this would suitable for your pet(s).  These are nutritional supplements from omega fatty acids and marine extracts that reduce further complications/contraindications in them.

Omega rich premium diets

It is beneficial for your pet to have omegas in their diet should it be for maintenance or to help support bone and joint or even skin conditions. Joint supplements support this as does a premium omega food, or even using both together. There are no contraindications to do this.

A premium diet rich in nutrients can benefit and support the immune system giving that nourishment to tendons, bones, ligaments and main organ functions. it eliminates deficiencies and any unwanted health conditions for your pet; giving them that daily kick, trot, skip and run in life. Check out the range in our shop that we recommend to feed your pet/or not (allergy / dietary needs). Shop.

This food we stock (or other diets) do not override any specific vet diet foods should your pet have kidney failure, diabetes, liver problems and so on for example.

Always consult a veterinary professional if you have questions or would like to find out more or we can direct you to the best place for this.
